We track and monitor each test kit, let you know daily how many shipments will arrive at your lab, and provide detailed data analysis and reporting so you can measure turnaround times.
We can also integrate your information flow to schedule pickups, preprinted shipping labels, and provide numbers and other visibility directly into your own internal systems.
Our couriers have access to the latest pickup schedules in the area, enabling them to collect packages well after the standard carrier pickup time of 3-5 PM. They operate at night to gather your packages, bring them to our office for processing, and deliver them to express carriers for the same evening's flights. They can wait for crucial packages or perform secondary pickups for packages that weren't ready on schedule. Furthermore, we offer to take packages straight to the airport and hand them over to FedEx and UPS beyond their local station cut-off times.
